The ACCU-CHEK® 360° diabetes management appprovides easy tracking of your diabetes data. A choice of reportshelps you identify trends and patterns in your blood sugar levelsto support better management of your diabetes:• 3-Day Profile - For meaningful blood sugar testing with remindersand charts.• Testing-In-Pairs - Simple tool to help better understand thechange of your blood sugar levels around a specific event like ameal or special activity.• Logging of health events which influence blood sugar levels:meals (size, carbs, or calories), insulin, exercise, medications,blood pressure, weight and health state. Notes and photos can alsobe added.• Option to share your diabetes information with your health careteam via email or text message.This product is intended for use by individuals diagnosed withdiabetes to support effective diabetes management. The softwareprovides for manual data entry, storage, display, transfer, andself-managing of blood glucose and other related health indicatorswhich can be shown in report and graphical format.Devices that do not have telephone capability are notsupported.Small screens – less than 3.2in (8.1cm) diagonal, or less than320x320 pixels – are not supported.This 1.0.1.6 upgrade allows the app to be used with Android 5that affected ability to run the app on some phones. This is thefinal update to this app.This app is being replaced by the Accu-Chek Connect App (phonecompatibility list: http://accu-chek.US/dmapp). The Accu-Chek Insight CGM app is usedtooperate and set up the Accu-Chek Insight CGM system. TheAccu-ChekInsight CGM system is a system for continuous glucosemonitoring,which means it continuously measures the glucoseconcentration inthe interstitial fluid and delivers resultscontinuously. The CGMapp receives and saves the continuous glucosemonitoring results.The user can enter additional information in theCGM app. Thiscould be blood glucose results, carbohydrate amountsconsumed,insulin amounts and health events (for example, exerciseorillness). The CGM app displays the continuous glucosemonitoringresults and the entered information on the smartphonescreen. TheCGM app may only be used together with the othercomponents of theAccu-Chek Insight CGM system (sensor andtransmitter).
